Cardaroli are a piece of Belbo Valley history. A history of a hundred years, of fourteen floods, of a tiring craft, of those that are done only with the hands, in the cold, sometimes in the mud; of the real kind, to be defended and to be proud of.
The thistles grow in the sandy soils between Nizza Monferrato, Incisa Scapaccino and Castelnuovo Belbo.
